At City Cabinet Center we appreciate art and design!

In support of local artistic talent, City Cabinet Center will continue to display two San Diego artists' work until March 28th, 2012. The first Celebrate Art Showcase that was held on September 28th, 2011 was a success and now we are beginning to plan the second event. An expressionist painter of dreams, Aaron Ishaeik creates landscapes and impressions of the world within. Sweeping brushstrokes. Textures, aggression, figures, faces and visions are revealed, sometime apparent and sometimes hidden in the visual landscapes. The composition is an open book of forms with the color and composition acting as arbiter.

Ocean influences are seen in the organic sculptural ceramics,
functional pottery, and necklace pendants created by Jason Ward.
Stunning glazes, flowing form and wild textures bring a unique feel
to these traditional ceramics. Special attention in creating detail with
color and texture make them beautifully distinct. Each piece stands
alone and has its own personality.
